Who are we?

Gohalves was created as simple concept to bring people who cannot afford to buy their first property on their own, in contact with others encountering the same problem to open up a whole new world of opportunities and possibilities. It was created by people who face the same affordability problems, leading professional working lives in cities where property prices seem to have spiralled beyond reach.

Co-buying is the sign of the times, emerging as a real alternative route to enable people to get onto the property ladder in an age where we are prepared to meet the love of our lives on the internet and make friends at a 'click' of a button. This emerging trend has evolved out of necessity and has been brought to the forefront recently through  programmes such as the BBC's series 'Would you Buy a House with a Stranger' and 'Property Ladder'. We will provide a growing and quality network of people, to enable connections to be made at a 'click' of a button with the hope of addressing first time home buyer affordability.

We also operate as a property investment club on a similiar basis for those wishing to share in the purchase of property with others as a shared investment. This is for experienced property investors with an established portfolio and those wishing to start their property investment dream. It is a way to meet like minded investors to share in the purchase of new homes/houses, off plan properties and those from the second hand housing market both in the UK (London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff and all other cities, towns and villages) and Abroad (Including USA, Asia, Eastern Europe, Spain, France and many others).
